Fortis Real Estate and Le Bon have closed a partnership for the development of a real estate project in the centre of Turnhout

During the month of October, Fortis Real Estate and Daniël Le Bon have closed a partnership for the development of a city center renovation in Turnhout.

 

This involves a mixed shopping/residential project in the centre of the city, from the Gasthuisstraat, passing the Parking Le Bon, just until the GB site. Underground parking places are foreseen. The shops will be linked directly to the Gasthuisstraat. This project will make the centre of Turnhout even more attractive.

 

The careful mixture of shops and urban residences combined with an underground parking area and promenade will offer the right ingredients to reach a good result.

 

Daniël Le Bon, as project developer, has already shown how to combine comfortable living and fun shopping, by turning an important part of the commercial centre in and around the Gasthuisstraat into a new attractive whole with a unique atmosphere.
